Insurance

Fitness NI provides Insurance for all instructors. It is vital to be fully insured if you are teaching or even if you are only covering a class for a friend.

Fitness NI offers both Public Liability & Professional Indemnity to a limit of £5 million pounds at a cost of £80 per year. This includes membership of FNI, regular mailshots and a free class advertisement on this website. Arranging your own cover could be in excess of £175.

If you receive insurance through another provider then you might want to check if Professional indemnity is included. Some companies only provide Public Liability, FNI include both.
