This exciting competition is now Northern Ireland's most popular and prestigious annual event providing a stage to showcase the wealth of talent that exists in our Province.

Since its inception in 1989 the competition has greatly increased in numbers and popularity and the introduction of the School Team Competition in 2000 has encouraged many school to enter affording them the opportunity to inspire those pupils who have an aversion to sports by offering a welcome alternative in fitness.

The Open Competition is open to anyone from 5 to 55 and over proving that fitness, flare and fortitude are not just the preserve of the present generation!

NICMAC takes place every year at Lagan Valley LeisurePlex, Lisburn. Forms available from Fitness Northern Ireland office.
